  unity-2d hasn't said it crashed but missing components

Status in unity-2d package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Top bar has dissapeared and the "unity-bar" does not show while on
  desktop. It however if you hover over where the bars should be they
  work as expected. So somehow the draw methods has stopped working.
