  [workspace switcher] Drag and drop windows between workspaces

Bug description:
  When workspace switcher is active, users should be able to change a
  window from one workspace to another. The way it's done in Unity 3d is
  to drag and drop a window miniature from one workspace to another, and
  I think one should be able to do it as well in Unity 2d. The only way
  to change a window from workspace to another at the moment is using
  the title bar menu (or the keyboard).
