Title:
  Drag & Drop from dash to Desktop broken: produces a unusable shortcut

Status in unity-2d package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When dragging from the dash to Desktop  a root owned shortcut is  created
  ls -la shows me as the owner, but properties does not
