  libqt* should add versioned dependency on cmake

Bug description:
  libqtbamf, libqtgconf, etc. use:

      ${QT_QTDECLARATIVE_INCLUDE_DIR}
      ${QT_QTDECLARATIVE_LIBRARIES}

  in their CMakeLists.

  Those defines first appear in cmake 2.8.2 ; attempting to build with
  the older version in Lucid (2.8.0) results in FTBFS, since we don't
  know what the values of those defines are.

  Please add (>= 2.8.2) versioning for your libqt* that use
  QtDeclarative.
