Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.04 Precise with ppa:unity-team/sru

  Test case ID :- Can 63 - UNITY_ Panel Service doesn't crash with a11y
  Test steps:
  #. Start with a clean screen
  #. Save this python script and run it http://paste.ubuntu.com/893441/

  Issue 1: Panel service crashed after executing the above test case.The
  menus and indicators were removed and re-added.

  Same issue as reported in unity-3d
