  Week 39 - Launcher gets dragged with right click

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 12.04 Precise with ppa:unity-team/sru
  Test case ID - CAN 404

  Issue: Launcher gets dragged up and down when right mouse button is
  held and mouse moved up/down.

  Action:
  -Press Right Mouse Button over an application tile in the launcher, do not release, move mouse up/down

  Expected result:
  -Launcher does not scroll (lp:813041)
