may be the problem is in user-setup: home directory is filled from
`/etc/skel' but `/etc/skel' contains only examples.desktop

Bug description:
  Installed from: Ubuntu 17.10 "Artful Aardvark" - Alpha amd64 (20170703)
  usual subfolders Documents, Downloads, Music ... are missing in Home folder.
