Bug description:
The MIR team has confirmed by email that content-hub and qtmir are not
needed for any mir-based products in 17.10 forward; and the packages
are not compatible with Qt5.9 because the Ubuntu QML packages have not
been ported. We will remove these from the archive to allow Qt5.9 in.
