[Bug 1788593] [NEW] Video in Chrome and Firefox (Any browser) are cut in half.

When I watch a video on YouTube, the videos are cut off, I have to put
it in full screen and then take it back to normal, I think the Dock
pushes the player because when I hide the Dock the video becomes normal.
