[Bug 912026] [NEW] Swicth User Account bar app does not work with NIS

Under Unity on Ubuntu 11.10 64 bit desktop, the "Swicth User Panel App"
(upper right hand corner) does not work if your account comes from NIS.
It displays "Invlaid UTF-8" for the current user name.  Also, if one
tries to edit their account information like name and icon, it fails.

** Affects: indicator-session (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Invalid
