Title:
  Administrators are not added to adm group

Status in accountsservice package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Currently administrators are only added to the sudo group. This was
  fixed a long time ago by https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
  /gnome-control-center/+bug/810907, but there has likely been a
  regression.
