[Bug 1929331] [NEW] Man pages don't show total lines or scrolling percentage by default

Public bug reported:

Description;

'Man pages' do not immediately show the total number of lines or your
scrolling percentage. This can be frustrating as I've found myself
scrolling through hundreds of lines, only to find out there are
thousands in total.

Expected outcome;

1. Open Terminal.

2. Type 'Man nft' (as an example).

3. The bottom line should read 'Manual page nft(8) line 1/3347 1% (press
h for help or q to quit)'.

Actual outcome;

1. Open Terminal.

2. Type 'Man nft'.

3. The bottom line of the immediate screen presented to you reads
'Manual page nft(8) line 1 (press h for help or q to quit)'.

4. Fifteen scrolls of the mouse wheel and you can now read 'Manual page
nft(8) line 61 (press h for help or q to quit)'. No percentage or total
lines indicated.

5. I have no idea how far through the man page I am, so I press the
'end' button. I can now see 'Manual page nft(8) line 3315/3347 (END)
(press h for help or q to quit)'. The terminal now shows me the total
number of lines, but ONLY once I reach the final line, which is counter-
intuitive.

6. Now press the 'home' button to return to the start and scroll 15
times, as you did before. The line now reads 'Manual page nft(8) line
61/3347 2% (press h for help or q to quit)'. This is the expected
behaviour by default.

** Affects: terminal (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Package changed: compiz-plugins-main (Ubuntu) => ubuntu
