Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 16.04 LTS with MATE DE
2. Set theme which you like (for example, BlackMATE, DarkRoom, High Contrast Inverse, High Contrast, Human Clearlooks, Human)
3. Launch Ubuntu Software Center and start search for application
Expected results:
Ubuntu Software Center is usable, its interface has normal contrast (user can read text, click buttons and so on)
Actual results:
Ubuntu Software Center is unusable, its interface has very low contrast (user can not read text, click buttons and so on)
