  Indicator Applet Complete always crashes when you log into Ubuntu Mate

Bug description:
  Every time I log into my account in Ubuntu Linux MATE 18.04 The
  indicator applet complete crashes (Screen saving of the crash and
  applet included). Its a minor bug if you choose "Reload" the applet
  reappears and works just fine.
