The Precise Pangolin has reached end of life, so this bug will not be
fixed for that release

Bug description:
On lightdm screen click on battery indicator in top right corner.
Select the first menu item. gnome-power-statistic window should be
opened. Select "processor" menu item in left side.
Unathorized user should not view process list.
