Checking the journal log from some of the errors most have those
warnings

 	
gnome-control-c[3094]: g_variant_new_string: assertion 'string != NULL' failed
gnome-control-c[3094]: Couldn't set FormatsLocale: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.Accounts.Error.Failed: '[Invalid UTF-8]' is not a valid locale name
systemd[1]: accounts-daemon.service: Main process exited, code=dumped, status=11/SEGV

so maybe not glib but settings?
