Notify-osd doesn't handle notification actions and that's usually the
reason why you get a fallback dialog. I think the notification is coming
from snapd-desktop-integration and not snapd though so that would be the
right component to target? I'm adding it to the bug

Bug description:
  With notify-osd, the snap refreshment is done via a dialogue window
  notification, which says

  > Update available for firefox.
  >
  > Close the application to update now. It will update automatically in 13 days.

  and has OK and cancel buttons.

  Why is either button mapped in this dialogue if no action is
  associated with either? Or at least it is not clear from the message
  what either button would do.
