Re: Failed to get i915 symbol
Probably not the answer you were hoping for, but I got much better
results after upgrading to 11.04 (64bit).
There are still some problems, such as bad resume from suspend (which
happens more rarely now) and flickering/wrong resolution after resume
(quite rare, and can be fixed by changing the monitor resolution, via
GUI or xrandr)
