eclipse error

Hi,

I've heard that the Eclipse package is pretty broken in Ubuntu so I
installed one from your PPA. I've been trying to install a plugin for it,
but I get this error:

I already tried using chown on /usr/lib/eclipse to make me the owner, but I
still receive the error.

Any ideas on how can I go about fixing this?
