ecryptfs-utils is not trying to remove those packages.

Aptitude previously marked these packages for removal.  When you invoked
the installation of ecryptfs-utils, it noticed a bunch of other stuff it
had in queue to do.

        keep-all
               Cancels  all  scheduled  actions  on  all packages; any packages
               whose sticky state indicates an installation,  removal,  or  up‐
               grade will have this sticky state cleared.
