Thanks for the report.
I'm sorry, but that's not the way eCryptfs works. eCryptfs is intended
to protect your data from attack by theft, and not from your root
administrator.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: ecryptfs-utils
Once ecryptfs is mounted for a user root can access to it's contents, so it's not a so "Private" folder. Private folder should be readable only by it's owner not even by root. This is specially important if the user and the administrator are not the same person.
