[Bug 754787] Re: Missing file rights to some chroot boot files

apt-get install ltsp-standalone-server
apt-get update + dist-upgrade as of the 08/04/2011
- ltsp-build-image
+ ltsp-build-client
(change dhcp settings that are for 32bit environment)
booting a thin client

The thin client cannot boot. It shows the message : Could not find kernel image: vmlinuz
Analysis :
Incorrect file rights to 3 files (600) :
- - vmcoreinfo-2.6.38-8-generic
- - vmlinuz-2.6.38-8-generic
- - System.map-2.6.38-8-generic
+ - vmcoreinfo-2.6.38-8-generic
+ - vmlinuz-2.6.38-8-generic
+ - System.map-2.6.38-8-generic
Solution :
chmod 644 those three files. Everything boots up after
