[Bug 742516] Re: gimp-2.6 crashed with SIGSEGV in g_closure_invoke()
kubuntu natty 64, same segmentation fault
~/.gimp-2.6 did not exist
however, it was possible to start gimp from terminal by using sudo
workaround described in #10 worked for me, and ~/.gimp-2.6 now exists
however, warning still persists
