According to the release announcement (https://launchpad.net/schooltool-
project/+announcement/9170), 1.9.2 is beta release, which will then
become 2.0 stable (see also https://launchpad.net/schooltool/flourish
for details).

In Ubuntu, we don't package unstable version of software, unless there
is a specific reason for that.

Feel free to open a new bug when a new stable version will be released.
