>From within Inkscape i cannot print. I think this has to do with me not
being able to select the "paper size" (Papiergroote) of A4. Somehow it
is set to custom, although i've set my paper size to "A4" in the
inkscape document. See the attached screenshot to see that the "paper
size" field is disabled. I will als include a screenshot of the
graphical print spool (don't know what it's called) so that you can see
that the status is "stopped" (Gestopt).
