  No support for German language gimp kubuntu 12.04 LTS
  
+ I have installed the German language pack and it is still in English. 
+ I have reinstalled and gimp is in German. 
+ Later I installed kubuntu 4.12 and it is back in English even though I have installed all of the language packs.
  
- I have of course that installed German language pack and yet it is in English then I have again reinstalled and gimp is in German later I again kubuntu installed 4.12 again and it is back in English even though I have again all installed language packs, it is again in English.
