With this bug Calibre is useless for me. I'm constantly using 2 monitors
and I don't want do rearrange whole desktop and turn off second monitor
just to start Calibre.

Maybe this bug is related to splash screen? Is it possible to disable
it?

(Calibre version: 2.34)
