After some discussion with Brian on the SRU verification procedures for
this bug, we decided that the upgrade test done in #51 is sufficient for
verification of this bug. For syslog-ng-incubator the upgrade test was a
bit more complicated due to it conflicting with ubuntu-minimal - so
there's no good way to get it tested anyway.

Let's mark this as good to go.
