This bug was fixed in the package pike7.8 - 7.8.866-5ubuntu0.1

pike7.8 (7.8.866-5ubuntu0.1) xenial; urgency=medium

  * Convert triggers to noawait (LP: #1780996) - the trigger is only building
    a cache, pike uses the source otherwise, so it's safe to have stuff not
    wait for it.
