[Bug 1865046] [NEW] Gimp Crashing everytime I copy, I uninstalled qlipper but it made no difference si I reinstalled it.

I have just upgraded from 18.4 to 19.10 and had trouble with the
wallpaper so reinstalled OS & now I have this crashing Gimp thing.It is
not relater to the Clipboard manager because I tried it without that and
the symptoms were the same.

         Status: New
