Public bug reported:

I have Kubuntu 20.04. installed.

After having Calibre installed and running a few recent update cycles,
Calibre sets itself as default app:

1) in Firefox it suddenly becomes the default programme to open PDF documents
2) on the system it becomes the default programme to open PDF documents in specific siutations (forgot)
3) it replaces firefox in the favourites area of the Application Launcher.

I am very sure that I did not configure any of the above to be that way.
