[Bug 1901345] [NEW] Scribus 1.5.6 unstable (?) freezes immediately at startup

Public bug reported:

Software and Synaptic say it's version 1.5.5., but when one installs, it
appears to be 1.5.6 unstable. The shell briefly crashes and the window
freezes. Can only be terminated by killing the process.
