[Bug 1929871] [NEW] Export to PDF isn't Working

Public bug reported:

LibreCAD was able to import my dxf file fine and it even showed a very
nice print preview, but I'm unable to print to PDF. I tried both the
"Export to PDF" feature and print to PDF. Both produced a blank pdf
document.

We also tried installing LibreCAD onto Windows 10, but had the same
issue getting dxf files to become PDF.
