[Bug 2018256] [NEW] Problem with harfbuzz or text rendering when opening files made in another OS or version

Public bug reported:

Text is now overspilling when I open articles up in Scribus.

It seems harfbuzz isn't rendering it correctly like it did in previous
versions and is causing the text to be spaced/tracked a bit wider
causing the overspills.

I hope someone can please help with a quick fix?
