Attribute Error Exception running EpubSplit.  This happens "immediately"
upon request.  Ill upload the pop-up error message, but following are
the error details:

calibre, version 7.13.0
ERROR: Unhandled exception: <b>AttributeError</b>:'NoneType' object has no attribute 'getElementsByTagName'
