hi there, i have found a solution for the problem in case it did not solve yet by you. i have packed the same geogebra.jar that you get with normal apt instll geogebra but i have added other version of freehep and other jars in the lib dir and patched the geogebra.jar manifest. now you have all export types supported and works out of the box.

1. download the tar.
2. extract where you want.
2. run with java -jar /path/to/your/geogebra.jar.
