[Bug 2124985] Re: xorg is required for oem-config to get inputs

** Changed in: edubuntu-meta (Ubuntu)
Status: In Progress => Fix Committed

** Description changed:

This was found to be symptomatic in a previous build, but mitigated with
xorg added. xorg was removed from Edubuntu and this came back.

- Edubuntu's raspberry pi build still use oem-config from ubiquity to set-
- up the first user. Unfortunately, it has the side-effect of needing
- components of xorg present for ubiquity to get inputs from HIDs such as
- keyboards and mice. Without this, it fails to function.
