Fwd: Elasticsearch Charm Promulgation
Looks like there are some changes happening in elasticsearch charm.
If anyone thinks this should be owned by elasticsearch-charmers team, now
would be the time to speak up.

If we merge the xenial support PR, it will be even with the
cs:~jamesbeedy/elasticsearch-7.
