Hi,

I personally think that the second one is better, it's a bit less generic.
Nevertheless, in order to make it simpler, I would change '*under the terms
of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software
Foundation, either version 3 of the License, or (at your option) any later
version.*' to '*under the terms of the GNU General Public License 3 or
later, as published by the Free Software Foundation.'*
