I agree, we need to make all plugs translatable.

IMO creating a project for each plug we want to translate seems wrong, but it may be the only way to do it.

Also we need to know how to use all translations for imported Gnome Control Center Plugs. Some use translations, some not.

Pantheon-Shell Plug needs to be translateable. For this I suggest to create a new project for it.
