Cody, please go here: https://launchpad.net/granite/0.x/0.1.1 and use the Add Download File option. The new package will appear in the downloads section.
To create the tarball, you should use make dist from granite's build directory.
I didn't do this the day we released granite 0.1.1 because I accidentally deleted my PGP keys and therefore I wasn't able to sign the file.

The download link on the project page shows the newest download
available in the downloads section. So the question is, how to upload
the archive to the download section. This should do it:
