Dear Team,


I am observing this problem with Files from long time. It doesn't 
refresh the image files' icons even if the image has been changed 
completely unless the name is changed. Once the name is changed, it 
automatically checks for the change in the file and updates the icon as 
well.

Shouldn't it change the file icon image as soon as the image is changed?
