Turns out we can't provide Raring packages due to a problem with
Launchpad builders.

<ricotz> shnatsel, hi, i am canceling all raring armhf build because
they are not building due a qemu problem of the hosts the builders are
running on
<ricotz> shnatsel, so there is actually no raring build expect the
ones which don't need gtk+
<ricotz> (builders stuck while dpkg is setting up the gtk+ package)
<ricotz> shnatsel, i already mentioned it and they thought about
backporting qemu-linaro
<ricotz> no eta though
