  Enable dragging of sidebar items

Status in Lingo Dictionary:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  If a user recently searched for the word "elementary", the user should
  be able to drag "elementary" from Recent to Bookmarks to bookmark it.
  In addition, it should be possible to drag items found under Recent
  and Bookmarks away to remove them from the history and/or bookmarks,
  respectively.
