  Merge GIO to trunk

Status in Pantheon Wallpaper:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Merge GIO support from lp:~am-monkeyd/pantheon-
  wallpaper/random_wallbase_wallpaper to trunk. It will allow using any
  URL supported by GIO as wallpaper (http, ftp, samba, etc etc).
