Avi Romanoff (aroman) has assigned this bug to you for Lingo:

Since Lingo allows changing the font size, it should allow the standard
shortcuts for doing so: Ctrl+Scroll Up for increasing size, and
Ctrl+Scroll Down for decreasing. It should also support Ctrl+Plus and
Ctrl+Minus for zooming.
