Well, why do you usually delete a song? Probably because you don't like
that song and you don't want to hear it :p

For example, I get like 3 GB of music from a friend and import all the
songs. Then I decide I don't one of the songs and delete it. Now it's
still playing even though I wanted it gone.

Also consider that stopping the song playing is confirmation that it was
deleted. If it continues to play, it looks like there is a bug where
it's removed from the list but not actually deleted from BeatBox. For
more tech savvy users, this might mean that I go digging through my
music folder to make sure the song was actually deleted.
