  move color selection to context menu

Status in Marlin:
  New

Bug description:
  Currently the folder color selection is in the AppMenu. This was done
  as a temporary measure because folders didn't have a context menu. Now
  that they do, the color selection should be moved into the context
  menu for a folder where it makes sense.
