Title:
  improve wording in Delete confirmation dialog

Status in Marlin:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  There is a dialog that appears if a file cannot be moved to the trash
  but only deleted immediately. It could use a little help :)

  As per GNOME HIG, the primary text in an alert should be bold and large using the following pango markup "<span weight="bold"
        size="larger">Primary Text</span>"

  The primary text should explicitly show the situation and offer a
  solution. It should be a complete statement independent of the
  secondary text. It also should not be two fragments joined with a
  comma. "Cannot move the file "file" to the trash. Delete Immediately?"

  the secondary text should provide an explanation for the error and
  explain the consequences of the primary action, not just repeat
  information. "This file is located on an external media and cannot be
  moved to the trash. Once deleted, it cannot be restored."
