Not sure why this would be a plugin rather than just in core, but
whatever. Definitely should be enabled by default.

It doesn't seem to be working however. I have a Postler contract
(MimeType=all) and it's not showing up.

  Marlin should add contractor to the file context menu so you can do
  cool stuff like "Set image as wallpaper" or "Send with Postler" for
  free :D
